Mmmm - only going by my Abu Dhabi experience but I'd be surprised if you'd get the complete package (flights, accommodation, paid hols etc) with 'just' a TESOL...perhaps others can confirm or deny this?? Employers in the wealthy Gulf countries tend to be quite fussy about qualifications. Most of the better places with the best packages - by which I mean the tertiary institituions in all Gulf countries - would require a relevant MA and a few years' experience. With a freshly minted TEFL cert, you may pick up work at some of the language schools, but these are notorious for poor pay and conditions.
