Go to menu>
Start / All Programs / Accessories / Tool capture.
Here's what
get:
In the
application window Snipping Tool, make a click on the down arrow next to new
v.
You have
the possibility to capture whatever is your choice.

Make a
click on New, and as you can see!
The image
of your screen is blurred.

Drag the
cursor around the area to capture (hold the left click of the mouse button down).

Captured, click
Copy, and Paste into another application, or Save As.
